Effective October 1, 2022, Impact Grove is proud to join 1% for the Planet, pledging to donate 1% of annual revenue to support non-profit organizations focused on the environment.
This commitment to 1% for the Planet will be a cornerstone piece of our legally binding commitment in our bylaws to donate 5% or more of our revenue to social and environmental non-profit organizations.
What we love about 1% for the Planet is their leadership to create a movement to inspire businesses to support environmental solutions through annual membership and everyday actions. Today, 3,419 businesses from 64 countries are members. Over $350 million has been given to environmental nonprofits since 2002!
Today, only 3% of philanthropy goes towards environmental giving. We believe business can do better! After all, many businesses depend on the environment to provide its market and resources.
We also believe in walking the talk. We are proud of this commitment, and know that we will inspire many other companies to join this purposeful mission and community! Let's see how many companies are members by 2030!
